Through a multidimensional approach to health, this course will help improve many aspects of your life, including weight and stress management, emotional resilience and self-compassion. You will become more productive and less distracted by unhelpful feelings, demonstrating an enhanced ability to confront challenges and solve problems.

These four 60-minute sessions will help you identify your purpose, gain self-confidence and seize your potential. You’ll be lifted out of the physical present and away from everyday anxieties.
This course will be held every Saturday from 4 pm-5 pm from January 18th to February 8th and is taught by Dr. Shah.

Attendance to all four sessions is mandatory.

There will some dietary guidelines that you must follow.

You are also expected to devote at least 30 minutes a day for the assigned activities during this course period.
