Step into this oasis and spend 30 serene minutes getting in touch with yourself and your intuitions.
Focus on the bounty of good in the world. Learn to approach life experiences with openness and curiosity.
This five 45-minute session will help you identify your purpose, gain self-confidence and seize your potential.
You’ll be lifted out of the physical present and away from everyday anxieties.
Embracing optimism reduces the power of negative emotions - start shifting your perspective today.
Through a multidimensional approach to life, this course will help improve many aspects of your life, including weight and stress management, emotional resilience and self-compassion. You will become more productive and less distracted by unhelpful feelings, demonstrating an enhanced ability to confront challenges and solve problems.
This course will be held every Saturday from 4 pm-5 pm from January 11th to February 8th.
Attendance to all five sessions is mandatory.
There will some dietary guidelines that you must follow.
You are also expected to devote at least 30 minutes a day for the assigned activities during this course period.
