Explore the ancient practice of meditation and unlock your potential for a calmer mind, increased focus, and improved overall well-being. 

Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

There will be four hourly sessions held at the exact location on Saturdays.

Each Session Includes:

  • Insightful Discussions: Delve into a variety of topics, including the broader concept of meditation, the science behind its benefits, various breathing techniques, and the rules and techniques of different meditation practices.
  • Immersive Meditation Practices: Engage in 30-45 minutes of guided meditation, applying the concepts learned to practice.
  • Interactive Learning: Participate in discussions and Q&A sessions for a deeper understanding.

Topics Covered Over Four Weeks:

  • The Art and Philosophy of Meditation
  • Medical Science behind Meditation
  • Breathing Techniques and their Impact on the Nervous System
  • Exploring Different Meditation Methods

What to Bring:

- Bring a cushion for your comfort. 

-The majority of the session will be conducted while seated comfortably in chairs. However, for certain breathing exercises and meditations, we will be lying down on yoga mats. Please remember to bring your own yoga mat.

-Bring Kleenex to clear your nose before the breathing exercises.
