About the event
Our classes will start at 9 am. We are going to have greet and meet session at 8 am. Come and join us at 8am to learn about who we are (DEESHA) and what we do.

9:00-9:45 am- Monthly Meeting
10:00-10:45am-Mindful eating
11:00-11: 45 am- Science of Breathing
12:00-12:45pm- Meditation
