Meditation has tremendous health benefits. But before we delve into its health benefits let's try to understand its history.

The root of meditation can be traced back to more than 5000 years ago. It originated from 'Vedantism' which is a part of ancient Hindu tradition. Meditation in its original form is the highest level of yoga.

It is practiced in yogic science to help deepen the understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. It is an art of connecting ourselves to our energy body, our deepest core, our highest self. It is a tool to embolden us to expand beyond the physical limitations of our body.
